For the last three months seniors around the us have been waiting impatiently to hear back from their dream colleges. Now in truth I never really had a dream college. However it was always instilled into me that I WAS going to college no matter what. It was a really difficult process having to decide where to apply for I was not offered any type of fee waivers and it was to much of a struggle for my parents to pay for more than 4 applications. Due to such I had to really narrow down my decisions.
The struggle didn't end there.
Expenses just kept coming either from college or my high school
however luckily I got through with the help of my parents.
To my happiest of ideas I did get into 2 UC systems
Irvine and Riverside
After much debilitation I chose Irvine.
Although it will cost a pretty penny. However I do enjoy my chose, and I cant wait for the four years to come. However, NEVER be discouraged! Even if you do the community college route its a whole lot better than hating yourself. You made it this far, don't give up now. Trust me its a whole lot cheaper and maybe even more worth it.
